Now the UK’s Local & General Elections are over (given Labour’s Parties late recovery and Theresa May’s & the Tory slippage), it very clear that there was ‘unsupported’ Media Bias towards Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour Party; depressing the Opinion Polls up to the last couple of days of Campaigning.

This was particularly evident in the derogatory imagery and comments, clear misinformation & misrepresentation of facts, outright lies and distorted opinions, including derogatory references to ‘The Left’ of Labour (Including Jeremy Corbyn) as being allied with terrorists, while Britain was experiencing Terrorist Attacks.

These are my complaints to the various Media Complaints Authorities:

Concerning BBC Bias:

I wish to complain about the gross Pro Theresa May / Tory and Anti-Corbyn / Labour bias shown by the BBC TV & Radio, Newspaper Media in General, concerning the Brexit Campaigns and the Local & General Elections. This became more evident with the outcome of the Elections. The BBC bias was even clearly present in their reporting and commentaries on the Newspapers Headlines.

The Bias was evident from the time of Labour Membership’s choice of Jeremy Corbyn as Labour Leader and then immediately after Theresa May’s decision to call an election. Once the Campaigns were formally under way the media was required to curtail its aggressive ‘Opinionated Bias’; The Tories Election polls took a steep dip while Corbyn and Labour’s popularity immediately showed a rise to above the pre-bias levels in the polls (once the ‘bias’ was somewhat curtailed).

The evidence of that bias is overwhelming and all the more apparent given Jeremy Corbyn’s and the Labour Parties recovery in the elections. Without that bias, the Labour vote would have been much higher, as is apparent in the sharp rise in polls, close to the Election date, once the bias had been partially constrained. I will be seeking further challenges from others who share my views.
